This position is in our newest site in Cagayan De Oro City. The Shift Supervisor will supervise our 1st batch of new call center employees in Cagayan De Oro.
Job Requirements:
Previous Call Center experience - Required
Previous Call Center supervisory experience - Required
Excellent customer service and people skills
With above-average English communication skills;
Willing to work on graveyard or shifting schedules.
