Below are some information pertaining to the Pen Press machine package.

The Pen Press machine package is only PHP 17,000.00 and comes inclusive of the following:

*1 unit Pen press machine
*1 roll thermal tape for placing the pinted flextrans onto the pens / item.
*20 pcs. white pens for testing and sampling
*1 stick of the PAPTECH prepstick for cleaning and preparing the surface for printing.
*5 sheets flextrans Gold
*5 sheets flextrans silver
*5 sheets flextrans red
*10 sheets Flextrans regular

A sheet of Flextrans paper can print of an average of 200 to 250 ballpens or more depending
on the size and intricacy of the design.

The Paper Prices are as follows:
Flextrans Regular for full color digital photo quality transfers = PHP 20.00 / sheet
Flextrans Metallic Gold for detailed metallic gold prints = PHP 35.00 / sheet
Flextrans Metallic Silver for detailed metallic silver prints = PHP 35.00 / sheet
Flextrans Metallic Red for detailed metallic red prints = PHP 35.00 / sheet
Flextrans Metallic Blue for detailed metallic blue prints = PHP 35.00 / sheet

The Pen Press Machine system, Supraseal system and the Flextrans Papers are exclusively available from us
here at PAPTRADE ENTERPRISES.

There is no need to buy the pens from us. Just about any ball pen that is available in your area can be used
with the Pen Press Machine. The Pens we use are just your regular plastic Pens and brushed stainless steel pens commonly
used as corporate favor and consumption. There are no special coating or chemicals needed. The Pen Prints come out in a very professional look even far better than
other expensive means like UV and direct to substrate printing which require a special poly coat before printing can be done.
With the Pen Press system, we are literally fusing the print from our flextrans media onto the pen surface (Can also be used on may other items like pens, USB flash drives, etc...) with the application of the appropriate heat and pressure settings.

Note: Available unit is version 3. New unit version now only has three pen slots but is more power efficient, faster, economical and accurate. Still outputs approx. 1,000 pens per hour.

Version three is faster, more economical and more precise even though

It only has three pen slots.

Faster because it prints approx. 1200 / hour depending on users familiarity

And adaptive work flow. Pressing time was brought down from 18-25 sec.

Per pressing to only as short as 8-13 sec.

More economical because of the smaller heating area which allows for

Lesser preheating time (meaning less downtime) faster preheating also

Contributes to its economy.

The new version 3 also only uses less than 300 watts of electricity.

Very portable. It only occupies an area approx. the size of an A4 size paper.

It can be brought to expos or anywhere with ease.

More precise than the earlier versions because of the even distribution of

Downward force (pressure) on all pens as well as its even heating across

The heating area of the smaller heating pad.

This has brought error factor to almost zero under ideal or prescribed settings.

Sufficient pressure is key to good image transfers on your pen press.

All necessary improvements have been made to version 1 and 2 and we have decided to make
this the final look and configuration because it has outperformed the two other version which came before it.
