HOUSE RULES:
1. Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time: 12 noon onwards unless otherwise stated
Check-out time: 11:00 am (Strictly enforced during peak season)
Excess hour is allowed when the transient house will not be used by incoming guests.
Excess hour rate is 100.00/hr until 5 pm, beyond 5 pm we shall consider it as

another overnight stay.

Check-Out:
· Be sure the home is neat and tidy.
· Kindly turn off lights, faucets, other household appliances and gas tank.

2. SMOKING
Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only allowed at the

front yard.

3. PETS
In our efforts to maintain cleanliness we do allow pets inside the house provided

that you will take responsiblity for their dirt.

4. VISITORS
Transients are allowed to accommodate guests but we strictly impose no sleepovers

for said guests. We will be charging for extra heads based on our price rates

accordingly.

6. NOISE
Noise levels must be kept to a level that will not disturb neighbors.

7. LIABILITY
Owner/Administrator is not liable for personal injuries or stolen items for the

duration of your stay.
