Step 1: Prepare: cellulite-kneading massage The massage rollers actively massage the cellulite area in kneading strokes. The skin is squeezed and rolled. This intensive massage helps to stimulate micro-circulation and encourages tissue drainage. The skin is prepared for step 2.
Step 2: Firm: post-manage firming concentrate The concentrate is specially formulated to act effectively post-massage and makes the cellulite burn as well as helps to improve the appearance of cellulite.

Application Method
Use 1 or 2 times a day for several minutes.
Before starting, make sure your skin is clean and dry.
Always use the rollers in 1 direction: upwards from bottom to top. Do not move it back and forth. This way you make sure that you always massage following the direction of the surface blood circulation (toward the heart).
