DELIVERY INFORMATION
> Delivery time is 1-2 working days for Metro Manila and Provinces.
> For orders that have both 7 Days delivery items, Pre-Order Items and/or 1-2 Days Delivery combined, we will ship your items based on the longest estimated delivery time.
EXAMPLE:
If you have both 7 Days Delivery Items and 1-2 Days Delivery Items in your order, please expect it to arrive after 7 Days.
If you have both Pre-Order Items and 1-2 Days Delivery Items in your order, please expect it to arrive 2 weeks after pre-order cut off.
> If you do not want to wait, please have a separate order transaction for 7 Days Delivery Items, Pre-Order Items and Normal 1-2 Days Delivery Items.
> DELAYS will solely be on teh courier part.

> All products posted are on hand and ready to ship within 24 hours if no special note indicated. Some photos on the website are actual photos and some are internet photos. We ensure that the products you will receive are the same as the one in the photo.

Why do we have both internet photos and own photos?
> We definitely take actual photos when we see the stock have slight difference with the internet photo to make sure that what you see is what you will get. Also, we include internet photos so you can have reference on how to use or style up to the product.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
> Returns and exchanges of unused item can be accepted up to 7 days upon receipt. Buyer will shoulder the corresponding shipping fee

TERMS & CONDITIONS
> Items must be in the same condition when you received it, and returned in the original packaging along with all the accessories or tag.
> SWIMWEAR, LINGERIE, UNDERWEAR, EARRINGS, & BEAUTY PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED for hygienic reasons.
> SALE ITEMS can no longer be exchanged.
> Items returned that is described as damaged or defective will be checked, If found defective or damaged, we will replace the items and pay for the appropriate shipping costs. However, if found not defective or damaged, we will ship the item back & the buyer will pay for the appropriate shipping cost.
> REFUNDS cannot be made for returned items. They can only be replaced by items of a similar amount or higher.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEM
Items with factory defect/s must be reported immediately within 7 Days upon receipt of the item.

Items returned that is described as damaged or defective will be checked. If found defective or damaged, we will replace the items and pay for the appropriate shipping costs. However, If found not defective or damaged, we will ship back the item and the buyer will pay for the appropriate shipping cost.

Item with minor removable stains are not considered defective item, it is not considered for replacement or return.
