Our units are affordable and clean. Guests have options to save rent by controlling their use of water & electric.
We will require security deposit upon arrival amounting to P15,000 for monthly rental or P5,000 for weekly/ daily rental. Security deposit is refundable same day of moving out. Association, cable, internet, water & electric bill will be deducted to the deposit.
HOW TO GET THERE:
Grass Residences is the only high rise building located at the back of SM North Edsa. Coming from the main mall, there is an exclusive bridge connecting to the condominium building. If riding a car, entrance gate is located at Misamis Street beside Department of Education Building.
