CASA AMAR at Eastwood City is a ONE-BEDROOM SERVICED APARTMENT located at the Olympic Heights Tower I, Eastwood, Quezon City. Four-five people can be accommodated in the unit. Maid service is available 1-2 times a week. Both the bedroom and main areas are air-conditioned, and the unit has separate kitchen and laundry areas. Amenities include living and dining room furniture and fixtures, a writing desk, telephone, TV, DVD player, audio component system, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric range, hot water in the bathroom, and a washer-dryer. The unit is complete with filtered water, plates, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, and table linen. For short-stay tenants, we provide towels and bed linen. Clients are entitled to use the building’s gym and swimming pool. Security provisions include 24-hour security personnel, an intercom and closed-circuit TV linked to the lobby and entry areas.

Eastwood City is a mini-city, complete with restaurants, cinema, shops, convenience stores, a chapel and a small park. It is a 45-minute drive from the International and Domestic Airports. Public transportation and road networks surrounding Eastwood City provide the visitor with easy access to other parts of Metro Manila, Southern and Northern Luzon.

Average rental is PhP 2,200.00 per day, but we offer reduced rates for longer stays. Full payment is required upon reservation.
