2) name of corporation or individual
3) name of signatory
4) TIN & CTC of the corporation & signatory
5) Board resolution/Secretary Certificate for corporation
6) Signing of the contract should be done in the office but if the signatory is outside Cebu then send the Contract thru their courier (DHL/2Go/LBC/JRS)
7) If signatory is based outside Cebu then have the Contract notarize in his/her place and send the notarized contract back to our office for file
B) Upon signing of Lease Contract:
1) 12 postdated checks for the monthly rentals (refer to gigi as to the monthly rental computations incl. of taxes)
2) For Centro 1, Arcade & Plaza – we give 30 days renovation period free of rent
3) For Plaza Margarita – we give 60 days renovation period free of rent
4) For Centro Maximo 2 – 45 days renovation period free of rent
C) Advance Rental & Deposit:
2 mos advance and 2 mos deposit and 15.000 for electric deposit
