Its texture is gelatinous and firm. It is very suitable for low-carb or low-calorie diet.

How To Use:
Shirataki noodles are a healthy replacement for all types of noodles or spaghetti.
1. Drain noodles from fluid, rinse in tap water and pat dry.
2. Dry-fry in a pan for 2-3 minutes (this step is optional, this removes excess water which will make sauces stick to the noodles better).
3. Add pasta sauce (any sauce can be used, spaghetti sauce, kung pao, alfredo etc.)
4. You can also add the noodles to hot pot dishes such as sukiyaki or tom yum.
5. Add vegetables and or lean meat for a delicious and healthy stir fry.
