JOB PURPOSE
The position will be responsible for exploring potential business avenues and managing sales operations for achieving increased business growth and initiating market development efforts especially with clients.

Preparing & maintaining various reports related to Sales, Query Generation & Implementation and submitting the same to the reporting manager for critical decision making.
Maintaining excellent relations with key clients / business groups to generate referrals as well as build avenues for additional business.
Providing value added customer services by attending customer queries and issues. Monitoring the post service activities like follow up with the customers, service reminders and handling customer grievances for superior customer service.
Should be able to demonstrate leadership skills
Should have worked in Teams & know how to manage.

Internally this role will interact with the CEO and peer group members in the organization
