Above amount for Electricity and water are allocated charges for the 7 day period. Meter reading will be done to determine actual usage, excess shall be an additional charge. If aircon use is only 8 hours or less per day and that minimal cooking or food heating is done, the above amount allocated for electricity will be sufficient and thus, no additional amount will be charged.

=== TERMS / CONDITIONS / OTHER INFO ===

-Cash payment only (in Philippine currency)
-Maximum of 3 persons allowed (3rd person must share existing bed)
-Electric and water usage or consumption shall be charged separately based on meter reading.
-Refundable Cash deposit is required equivalent to same amount as that of the 7 day rental fee (the cash deposit shall made to cover for electric/water bill, damages to the hotel condo unit)
-Early termination of the contract and/or shortened stay shall cause non-refund of the rental fee. Cash deposit shall be refunded less any damages and electric/water usage.
-All room amenities including bed sheets, blankets, towels, utensils, plates, etc. are for 2 persons only. Request for additional items shall be subject to availability and must be advised in advance (additional charges apply)
-As the hotel condo unit is not owned by the hotel, there shall no housekeeping services, room service, no luggage assistance and/or no other related hotel type of service.
-Bed sheets, blankets, towels and similar items shall not be replaced during the entire stay
-Bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush) shall likewise not be replenished
-FREE mineral water, instant coffee will also not be replenished
-There is no internet connection inside the unit. Internet in the hotel is subject to an additional charge by the hotel and subject to availability (direct payment shall be made to the hotel)
-Pets or any animals are not allowed
-Reservation deposit of Php 3,000- is required to be paid in advance if you want a confirmed booking
-Other terms and conditions are written in the contract

-The condo is located in front of SM Supermarket and A.Venue mall
-Rustans Supermarket and Century City Mall is at the back of the condo
-At the side of the condo is a 24 hour convenience store and a bank/ATM machine.
-Several restaurants, coffee shops, money changers, banks, salon and spa, Bars, fast food (burgers and pizza) restaurant. Mercury Drug store is also nearby and just less than 5 minutes walk
-Two to three blocks/streets away is a catholic church.
-Larger shopping malls are also within the vicinity such as Rockwell mall which is just a 15 minute walk from the hotel.
-A much larger shopping mall and arcade with specialty shops are in Greenbelt and Glorietta/Ayala Malls are easily accessible through a straight line route via Makati avenue
