This Line Tracking Sensor can be used to detect black lines on white surface or vise versa for smart car applications and detection purposes.
The module adopts the TCRT5000 photoelectric sensor and comparator. Similar to obstacle detection, it detects color and distance as an ****og output. A mounting hole is placed at the middle of the module with enough space to accommodate screws for affixing it, suitable for line following mobots. Three headers are also provided and labelled for power, ground and the signal. There is also an LED mounted at the back of the board to serve as an indicator if it detects a white surface.
