Product Description:
M-75 is a fine, white powder specifically developed to prevent molding in bread. It is 100% pure and contains no fillers. It contains Calcium Propionate and vegetable fat.
Function:
Penetrates the cell wall of molds and fungi, which paralyzes the enzymatic mechanism, kills mold spores and mycelia and prevents new ones from germinating. It extends the shelf life of the bread and prevents bread disease called Rope.
Method of Application : 0.3 % to 0.5 % on flour
Storage : Keep in cool, dry place.
