Type of loan: Real Estate Loan (the borrower can use the amount for any purpose)
Loan Amount: PHP 100K to PHP 5M

Acceptable Property as Collateral: Titles of:
* house and lot
* condominium
* townhouse
* vacant lot (commercial and residential)

Preferred areas:
* Metro Manila
* nearby areas (Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan, Rizal)

Initial Requirements:
* Transfer/Condominium Certificate of Title (photocopy)
* Tax Declaration (Land and Bldg.)
* Latest Tax Receipt (Land and Bldg)
* Latest Tax Clearance
* Location Plan/Vicinity Map
* 2 pcs. 2X2 picture of title holder/borrower
* Picture of Property (front, side, inside)
* If employed - Certificate of Employment and 3 months payslips
* If self-employed - any related documents as proof of income
* Valid IDs

* Interest only - 3.5% per month (12 months only) - renewable
