JDP Construction accepts not only full house construction (from scratch) projects. We offer major renovation or house extension as well.

We make sure that we work within your budget, we add NO hidden charges, and we will assist you in building permit and even loan application.

For renovation projects, we can provide the most reasonable quote upon seeing the actual site, thus, we might be requesting for a meeting with you at the project site at your most convenient time. In all these, clients are free to give their suggestions and ideas on how they want the design would be.

We cater projects within Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and nearby provices.

Our prices depends on the type of finishes:

Standard - P15,000-P17,000 per sqm of Total Gross floor area
Premium - P18,000-P19,000 per sqm of Total Gross floor area
Elegant - P20,000-P22,000 per sqm of Total Gross floor area
