LEADERSHIP TRAINER / FACILITATOR MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER

Requirements:

· With experience in the development and implementation of e-learning.
· Can effectively conduct trainings and workshop in a classroom or web-based setup.
· Self-starter, able to work with a minimal supervision.
· With relevant certification in training, assessment and education.
· With a pleasing personality.
· Male/Female
· Willing to work within and outside Metro Manila.
· Strong leadership and management skills, including but not limited to planning and organizing abilities, problem solving, analytical skills. And people management.
· Knowledge and sensitivity issues in training: ability to effectively deal with conflict and highly sensitive situations.
· Part-time / project based job.
