LED INDICATORS:

Power on (GREEN): The green indicator is lighted when when the power line voltage is within the range where electro-mechanical appliances can operate safely.

Power off (RED): The will be lighted whenever there is a power surge or power line voltage is higher or lower than the safety range. The output socket will be deactivated to protect the appliance.

Safety Cycle (YELLOW): This indicator will be illuminated for about 3 minutes after a power flicker, surge, or blackout. When it is lighted, the power to the output socket is cut-off.

Principle of Operation
The refrigerators compressor would be damaged when the AC voltage is lower or higher than normal, especially when voltage is bricking. Voltage bricking is the major cause of damage to the compressor/refrigerator. This protector will cut-off power when the voltage is not normal. When the voltage becomes normal, the protector will change into safety-cycle mode until the voltage is steady in the safety range up to 3 minutes. The power will then resume connection of the power to the refrigerator. This safety cycle can avoid bricking than can cause damage to your refrigerators compressor.
